Astounding Fitness Attendance Management
Exclusively for employees of Astounding Fitness LLP.
Effective: 13 September 2026. Astounding Fitness LLP operates this attendance service for its employees at Sector 45, Sector 126 and Sector 158 Noida.
Information we use
We collect your name, email address, mobile number, assigned branch, password (stored as a password hash), and an app-generated device identifier to manage your account. Owners approve access and assign regular and special-day shift timings. Authorized owners also enter monthly salary amounts and effective dates. The service calculates salary estimates from attendance and records deduction decisions and their reasons. Salary information is restricted to authorized owners and is used for internal payroll administration.
When you choose to check in or out, we request your current precise location and a fresh camera selfie. Location is used to check whether you are within the allowed branch area. The service stores distance from the branch, location accuracy, the selfie and the server-recorded attendance time. It does not continuously track your location in the background, record audio, or automatically identify faces.
We also store work sessions, shift timings, declared leave and notes, owner corrections, and security or account activity records. Avoid putting unnecessary sensitive information in leave notes. The hosting service may process standard connection information such as IP addresses and access logs.
Why and who can access it
Information is used for staff access, attendance verification, work-hour and payroll reporting, leave records, account recovery, and security. Authorized Astounding Fitness LLP administrators can view staff records and selfies and download reports. Staff can view their own attendance and leave information. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the service. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Permissions and security
You can control camera and location permissions in your phone settings. Without these permissions, verified check-in and check-out are unavailable. Internet access is needed to record attendance. Connections to the attendance service use HTTPS. Mobile sign-in tokens use the operating system's secure storage. Reset links are time limited and single use; password resets and removal revoke access.
Retention and deletion
Selfie content is cleared after 90 days by scheduled cleanup. Attendance, leave and account records are retained for employment administration and settling dues. You can request account deletion in the app or using the account deletion page below. A request disables access immediately. Astounding Fitness LLP will delete your account and associated data within 30 days after all dues are cleared. The owner completes deletion after confirming settlement. Any retained payroll exports or backups must also be handled by Astounding Fitness LLP under this retention policy.
